At Ellington Boston, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you wish to return a product, please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Submit your return request by contacting info@ellingtonboston.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
